Blackness Castle - visit the site for Fort William where Black Jack Randall held Claire hostage
Midhope Castle - stand on the steps of Lallybroch looking for Jamie and Claire’s return
Culross - view the setting for Crainsmuir where Claire and Jamie rescued the wee lad whose ear was nailed to the pillory
Aberdour Castle - walk through the abbey halls where Claire healed Jamie from his horrific Wentworth wounds
Falkland - re-enact the scene where Jamie’s ghost watches Claire from the window in 1940s Inverness setting
The Hermitage - beautiful woods and waterfalls filmed as North Carolina
Kinloch Rannach - site of the REAL Craig na Dun standing stones
Glencoe - explore the majesty of the Glencoe mountains, glens, and waterfalls depicted in Outlander’s opening credits

Doune Castle - stroll through the kitchen and great hall of Castle Leoch, where Colum MacKenzie ruled the clan
Craigmillar Castle - experience Jamie’s environment while he was held in Ardsmuir Prison
Glencourse Kirk - stand where Jamie and Claire were reluctantly wed
